This policy explains what personal information Ricey Runs Coaching collects through riceyruns.com, why we collect it and what your rights are. We have kept it short and plain on purpose.

Who we are

Ricey Runs Coaching is run by George Rice and is based in Jersey, Channel Islands. We are the controller of the personal information described here. For anything to do with your data, email riceyrunscoaching@gmail.com.

What we collect and why

  • Coaching enquiries. When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number if you give one, and what you tell us about your running and your goals. We use this to reply to you and to talk through coaching.
  • Free running plan. When you unlock the free plan we collect your email address. If you tick the box for news and updates, we will also send you occasional emails about training and our services. If you do not tick it, we will not.
  • Purchases. When you buy a training plan we collect your name, email address, billing details and a record of your order, so we can deliver the plan and keep the records the law requires. Card payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Coaching clients. If you become a coaching client we collect the training information you choose to share with us, so we can coach you well and safely.
  • How the site is used. With your permission we collect information about visits to the site, such as the pages viewed and the buttons clicked. See the cookies section below.
